Best for Power users. Supports recording system audio and is perfectly compatible with desktop meeting software like Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Visit the Laxis official download page and choose the macOS or Windows version.
🌐Web App
Best for Management Hub. Ideal for managing AI Prospect Research and AI SDR (lead lists, outreach sequences, and reviewing assets). Access app.laxis.com via Chrome or Edge browser.
🔌Chrome Extension
Best for Google Meet Web. Embeds seamlessly into the meeting interface to capture real-time captions. Search for "Laxis" in the Chrome Web Store and click "Add to Chrome."
📱Mobile App
Best for On the Go. In-person meetings, mobile work, or voice memos. Download from App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
4. Registration & Login
Open Laxis
Open the Laxis app or web version at app.laxis.com.
Sign In
Recommended: Click "Continue with Google" or "Continue with Microsoft" for seamless calendar synchronization. You can also register with your work email. Set a password and activate via the verification code sent to your email.
5. Key Settings (Highly Recommended)
After installation, please ensure you complete these settings to unlock full performance:
5.1 Connect Your Calendar
Once connected, Laxis recognizes your meeting schedule.
- Auto-Join: You can set the Laxis Bot to automatically join online meetings. It will record and summarize for you even if you cannot attend on time.
5.2 CRM Automation Integration
Crucial for AI SDR and Prospect Research.
- Feature: Sync lead info, meeting minutes, and action items to Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive with one click, keeping your data updated in real-time.
5.3 Microphone Permissions Check
- Web/Desktop: Ensure you click "Allow" in the browser or system pop-up during your first recording.
- macOS Tip: If using the Desktop App, ensure Laxis is checked under "System Settings > Privacy & Security > Microphone."
