Advanced Search Filters
1. Revenue Filter
Target companies based on their annual revenue range to focus on prospects within your ideal customer profile.
How to Use:
- Navigate to the Prospect Search page
- Expand the "Revenue" section in the filter panel
- Enter minimum revenue (optional)
- Enter maximum revenue (optional)
- Values are in millions of dollars (e.g., enter "10" for $10M)
Common Use Cases:
Mid-Market Focus
Filter for companies with $10M-$100M annual revenue to target growing businesses with established budgets.
Enterprise Targets
Filter for companies above $50M revenue to focus on large organizations with complex needs and bigger contracts.
Avoid Early-Stage
Set minimum revenue above $5M to exclude very early startups that may not have budget.
Revenue Targeting Strategy
Consider your product's pricing and ideal deal size when setting revenue filters. Companies with $10M+ revenue typically have established procurement processes and larger budgets.
2. Funding Filter
Identify companies based on their recent funding activity—one of the strongest signals for sales timing.
How to Use:
- Expand the "Funding" section in the filter panel
- Select a time range:
- Past 3 months
- Past 12 months
- Custom date range
- Optionally set funding amount range (in millions)
- Specify minimum and/or maximum funding amounts
Why Funding Matters:
- Companies typically expand operations after raising capital
- Fresh funding means fresh budgets for new tools and services
- Hiring often increases post-funding, creating new decision-maker contacts
- Demonstrates company growth and market validation
Example Scenarios:
Recent Funding
Filter for companies that raised $5M-$20M in the past 6 months to find growing businesses with fresh capital.
Series B+ Companies
Filter for funding above $20M to target more mature companies with proven product-market fit.
Perfect Timing
Reaching out within 3-6 months after a funding announcement is ideal. Companies are actively building their teams and tech stack during this period.
3. Technology Stack Filter
Discover companies using specific technologies—perfect for finding replacement opportunities, integration partners, or complementary tool users.
How to Use:
- Expand the "Technology" section
- Click the "+" button to add a technology filter
- Select a technology category (e.g., CRM, Cloud Infrastructure, Marketing Automation)
- Choose specific technologies within that category (supports multiple selections)
- Add multiple technology groups to refine your search
Technology Categories Include:
- CRM Systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)
- Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Marketing Tools (Marketo, Mailchimp, Pardot)
- Development Tools (GitHub, Jira, Confluence)
- Analytics Platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
- Communication Tools (Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom)
Filter Logic:
- Within the same category: OR logic (company uses any one of the selected technologies)
- Across different categories: AND logic (company must match all category conditions)
Strategic Use Cases:
Replacement Opportunity
Find companies using a competing solution to target for migration.
Integration Play
Identify companies using complementary tools where your solution integrates seamlessly.
Tech Stack Compatibility
Filter for companies using technologies that work well with your product (e.g., AWS users for cloud-native solutions).
Technology Targeting
When selling integrations or complementary tools, filter for companies using the platforms you integrate with. For competitive displacement, target users of alternatives.
4. Open Roles Filter
Identify companies actively hiring for specific positions—a strong indicator of growth, budget availability, and organizational priorities.
How to Use:
- Expand the "Open Roles" section
- Select target job titles from the dropdown (up to 10)
- System shows companies currently hiring for those positions
Position Categories:
- Engineering roles (Software Engineer, DevOps, Data Engineer)
- Sales roles (Account Executive, Sales Manager, SDR)

- Executive roles (CEO, CFO, CTO, VP positions)
- Product roles (Product Manager, Product Designer)
What Hiring Signals Tell You:

Companies hiring multiple roles across departments are in expansion mode with active budgets.

Hiring for specific departments (e.g., Sales team expansion) indicates investment in that function.
Leadership Changes
Open executive positions (CTO, CFO) often precede technology and process changes.

- Indicates sales team growth and need for better tools
For Engineering Tools:
- Filter for Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer positions
- Shows technical team expansion and potential infrastructure needs
