Billing & Subscriptions
Laxis offers three separate products, each with its own subscription plan:
- AI Meeting Assistant — Recording, transcription, and meeting summaries
- Prospect Research — Contact database and AI research tools
- AI SDR — Automated outreach and engagement
You can subscribe to each product independently based on your needs.
Viewing Your Current Plan
Open Settings
Click Settings in the left sidebar of the Laxis web app.
Go to the Plan Tab
Select the Plan tab at the top of the Settings page.
Select a Product
Use the product switcher to view plans for each product:
- AI Meeting Assistant
- Prospect Research
- AI SDR
Identify Your Current Plan
Your active plan is marked with a "Current Plan" badge. Compare available tiers to see upgrade options.
Understanding Your Usage
At the bottom of each product's plan section, you'll find usage information:
- AI Meeting Assistant: Transcription minutes used (e.g., "Transcripts: 11%")
- Prospect Research: Contact unlocks remaining (e.g., "Contact Unlocks: 0%")
- AI SDR: Agent usage percentage (e.g., "Agents Usage: 52%")
Your plan renewal date is also displayed (e.g., "Your plan will renew on 01/30/2026").
Billing Options
Monthly vs. Yearly Billing
Toggle between Monthly and Yearly billing at the top of the plan selection area. Yearly billing saves you over 16.7% compared to monthly payments.
Save with Annual Billing
Switch to yearly billing to unlock significant savings on your subscription.
Managing Your Subscription
Upgrade Your Plan
Click the Upgrade button on any higher-tier plan to upgrade. You'll be guided through the payment process.
Downgrade Your Plan
Click the Downgrade Plan link below your current plan section to switch to a lower tier.
Update Payment Methods
Click Manage Payment to update your credit card or billing information. Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
Enterprise Plans
For Enterprise plans with dedicated support, API access, and custom onboarding, click Contact Us to speak with our sales team.
