Integrations
Connect Laxis to the tools you already use. Integrations are managed in Settings → Integrations on the web app, Settings → Integration on the desktop app, and Settings → Integration on the mobile apps (calendar only).
Calendar
Connect Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar — one at a time. With a calendar connected, Laxis:
- shows your upcoming meetings under Coming Up, where you can open a prep note for each one;
- reminds you before meetings start (desktop, and mobile if you turned on reminders);
- can send the Laxis meeting bot to record your online meetings automatically.
To switch calendars, Disconnect the current one first.
Auto-join with the meeting bot
Choose which calendar meetings the Laxis bot joins and records:
- Desktop and web: Settings → Meeting Bot → Auto-record.
- iPhone and Android: Settings → Integration → Auto-join Meetings.
Options: All meetings in my calendar, Only meetings I host, or Only meetings I manually select. The bot joins Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams meetings. On desktop and web you can also turn each platform on or off.
To change a single meeting, use the Invite notetaker switch (web), Auto-join and record this meeting in Details (desktop), or Auto-record in Details (mobile).
CRM (Business)
Send meeting notes and action items to HubSpot, Salesforce, or Wealthbox. Connecting a CRM requires the Business plan. You can connect one CRM at a time.
Connect
In Settings → Integrations, click Connect on your CRM and sign in.
Choose what happens automatically
Click Configure to choose the automation rules that run after each meeting — for example, create a note with the summary, log the meeting, or turn action items into CRM tasks.
Send a meeting manually
Click ⋯ on a meeting → Send to CRM, search for the contact (or add a new one), and click Send.
If you see "Connection expired — please reconnect", click Reconnect.
Zapier (Business)
Connect Laxis to 7,000+ apps through Zapier.
- In Settings → Integrations, click Manage API keys (web: Manage Zapier API keys) and Generate new key.
- Copy the key and paste it when Zapier asks you to connect Laxis.
- Or start from a ready-made workflow with Try it: create Notion pages or Google Docs from new meeting summaries, or post new summaries to a Slack channel.
AI tools (MCP)
Let Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and other AI assistants search and read your Laxis meetings through the Laxis MCP connector. Add https://app.laxis.tech/mcp to your AI tool and sign in with your Laxis account — no API key needed. Available on Premium and Business.

Chrome extension
The Laxis Chrome extension adds live transcripts, notes, and AI chat to Google Meet, and to Zoom and Teams in the browser.
Zoom and Webex apps
Laxis also has apps that run inside Zoom and Webex. Sign in to them with Continue with Zoom or Continue with Webex.
